Notice (Observations – Interests based on 2 observation techniques and learning stories from child’s profile).
Recognise (Observations – Learning dispositions and areas of development and links to Te Whariki strand and learning outcomes).
Respond (Teaching strategies and 3 activities/experiences based on your observation child’s interests/learning dispositions and related to a curriculum area).
Revisit/evaluation (what learning happened for the observation child and what will you do next). - 3 Learning stories based on the observation child’s IDP (should be linked to Te Whariki and NELP).
- Summary of what learning happened for you over the duration of practicum.
- Consent form signed by the associate teacher, parent/whanau, and you.
- Your profile.
- Associate teacher and student contract.
- Attendance sheet.
- 3 feedback sheets given to you by your associate teacher for each activity (Appendix 5 – practicum book).
