Making Payments
All payments must be made using our approved channels. Students are required to confirm the payment details before making the payment.
Students can ask for any alternative payment method subject to our approval.

Claiming Refunds

Refunds are only applicable when the work is not delivered on time or unable to achieve a pass grade.
If the work is unable to pass, our reviewers will review the failed work and proceed refund only if the assignment is unable to pass due to our negligence.
Some refunds can be adjusted in future assignments subject to student’s approval.
